Obituary for Angelo Casale
ANGELO CASALE, 90, of Jackson, Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and resided there and in Staten Island, NY, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 20 years ago.
Angelo owned and operated his own restaurant for more than 30 years prior to his retirement.
He was a member of the Italian American Club in Winding Ways, Jackson, NJ.
Angelo was predeceased by his parents, Vincenzo and Josephine Casale. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Josephine Casale of Jackson Twp.; his son, Vincent Casale and his wife, Michele of Waldwick, NJ; his daughter, Joanne Berardi and her husband, Ralph Yacovelli of Jackson Twp.; his grandson, Vincent Casale and his wife, Jen; his granddaughters, Kristina, Nicole, and Danielle; his great grandson, Maxwell; and by his sister, Josephine Torri and her husband, Mike.
Visitation is from 6-8 PM on Friday, March 20, 2020, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Saturday, March 21, 2020, at the funeral home. Committal service with entombment will follow at 10 AM in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, 299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd., Freehold Twp., NJ. All services and gatherings will be following the current CDC guidelines pertaining to the coronavirus.
