Obituary for Georgia C. Mandrik (Dennis)

GEORGIA C. MANDRIK, 87, of Cream Ridge, NJ, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson Township, NJ. Born on Staten Island to the late Milton and Loretta Dennis, she lived in Jackson Township, NJ, then New Egypt, NJ, prior to settling in Cream Ridge, NJ, fifteen years ago. Prior to her retirement, she was a school bus driver for Horner Bus Co. in Hornerstown, NJ. Georgia’s life was fulfilled with her love of family and friends, her faith and her church, her horses and dogs, her many travels and by her unconditional love for everyone.
Her husband and family are forever grateful for the love and care she received from the wonderful staff at Bartley Healthcare.
Georgia was predeceased by her son, Thomas Tenny; stepdaughter, Marianne Gebhart; son-in-law, John Borys; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Caroline Dennis, and brother and sister-in-law, Art and Ellen Dennis. She is survived by her husband, Charles Mandrik of Cream Ridge, NJ; her children, Michael Tenny and his wife, Candy of Charleston, SC, Kathleen Borys of Toms River, NJ, Georgia Quackenbush of Melbourne, FL, Kelly O’Connor and her husband, Tom of Jackson, NJ, Nancy Nacion of Bayville, NJ, and Cindy Heyward and her husband, Dan Mowery of PA; step-children, Chester Mandrik of MA, Mark Mandrik of CA, Charles Mandrik and his wife, Joanne of MD, Matthew Mandrik of CT, Carter Mandrik of the Island of Cyprus, Michele Giardino and her husband, John of Whiting, NJ, and Melinda Brown and her husband, Robert of Colts Neck, NJ; 40+ grandchildren; and 35+ great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2:00 to 4:00 & 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson Twp., NJ. Her 10:00 AM Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at the Jackson United Methodist Church, 68 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson Twp., NJ. Please gather at the church at 9:45 AM prior to the service. Cremation will be private.
