Obituary for Christopher W. Pappas

CHRISTOPHER W. PAPPAS, 34, of Howell Twp., NJ, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018, due to a motor vehicle accident. He was born in Edison, NJ, and was a lifelong resident of Howell Twp.
Christopher was a graduate of Monmouth University with a degree in History and Political Science.
He was employed in sales for Component Hardware for the past 2 years.
Christopher was a communicant of the Church of St. Veronica, Howell Twp., NJ, and was active in Howell Recreation programs.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Norma Bustos; and by his paternal grandfather, George Pappas. Christopher is survived by his mother, Frances (Fran) Pappas of Howell Twp., NJ; his father, William (Bill) Pappas and his wife, Kathy of Flemington, NJ; his brothers, Daniel S. Pappas and Michael A. Pappas both of Howell Twp., NJ; his step-brother, John Jacobi of Piscataway, NJ; his maternal grandfather, Carlos Bustos of Old Bridge, NJ; his Paternal grandmother, Marge Pappas of Jackson Twp., NJ; his uncles, George Pappas, Carlos A. Bustos, and Joseph Bustos; and by his aunt, Margie Pappas.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 3-8 PM on Thursday, August 23, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. His Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 9:30 AM on Friday, August 24, 2018, at the Church of St. Veronica, 4215 Rt. 9 North, Howell Twp., NJ 07731. Please gather at 9:15 AM at the church. A private cremation will follow.
