Obituary for Eric Taylor Rubessa
ERIC TAYLOR RUBESSA, 52, of Howell Twp., NJ passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at home. He was born in Somerset, NJ and resided in Jackson Twp., NJ, prior to settling in Howell Twp.
Eris was employed for the last 2 years as a bricklayer with the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craft Workers, Burlington, NJ.
He was predeceased by his parents, James Rubessa and Claire Rubessa More and by his brother, Jay Rubessa. He is survived by his brothers, Chris Rubessa and his wife, Laurie of GA and Todd Rubessa of TX; his sister, Mira Ciminello and her husband, John of TX; his nephews, Christopher and Taro Rubessa; his niece, Megan Ciminello; his guardian mother, Mary Jane Welz and her late husband, Tony Welz of NJ and their children, Diana Welz, Donna Wardell and her husband, Michael of NJ, Antoinette Nappi and her husband, Tony of NJ and Lynn Welz of NJ; his nieces, Rene Brown, Tara Stitt, Liz Stacey, Janie Stacey and Dakota Wardell all of NJ; and by his nephews, Ryan Brown of AZ, Nick Stitt, Marc Nappi and Joe Nappi of NJ.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 4-6 PM with his Funeral Service at 6 PM on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Eric’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or to the Popcorn Park Zoo, P.O.
