JUDITH M. O’DONNELL, 61, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She was born in South Amboy, NJ, and resided in Cliffwood, NJ, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., NJ, 27 years ago.
Judith was employed as an Executive Secretary to the President, Nappi Trucking, Matawan, NJ, for 20 years, a Legal Secretary for B. Weinstein, Esq, Howell Twp., NJ, for 5 years, and a Secretary to the Comptroller, Toms River Township, Toms River, NJ, for 10 Years, retiring in 2011.
She enjoyed vacationing at the beach in Emerald Isle and visiting Walt Disney World. She was an avid reader, loved watching birds, an excellent cook and baker, and a true dog lover.
Judy was a devoted mother, loving wife, and close friend to many.
She is predeceased by her Parents, John W. and Jacqueline Kearns; and her Brother, William Kearns. Judy is survived by her Husband of 32 years, James O’Donnell of Jackson Twp., NJ; her Son, Robert O’Donnell and his Wife, Melissa of New Egypt, NJ; her Brother, John Kearns and his Wife, Sharon of Allentown, PA; her Sister-in-law, Dian Kearns; her Mother and Father-in-law, Alice and Robert Kincade; her Sisters-in-law, Alicia Brantley, Cathy Bonsack and her Husband, Robert; her Brothers-in-law, Kevin and his Wife, Diana, Tim and his Wife, Roxy, and Michael O’Donnell; her many Nieces and Nephews; and by her Great Nieces and Nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 1-5 PM at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A private entombment will take place on Monday, March 7, 2015.
